Upscale property in a beautiful, secluded mountain setting with panoramic vistas toward the ocean at Dominical. There are 8 BR total, 5 BR/BA in the main house and 3 BR/BA in the garden cottage.The very well equipped main house (6000 sf/ on 3 levels) sits on a private jungle reserve of 60 acres with multiple waterfalls, hiking trails, swimming holes, the Cana Blanca river and spring fed creeks. We are a bird watcher's paradise with daily visits by toucans, aricaris and hummingbirds. The neighborhood Howler monkeys are often heard calling in the early morning hours.
Your options:
Our rate for the 5BR is good for up to 8 guests sharing the main house and this includes a light breakfast served each morning by our concierge. The 3 BR option is good for up to 5 guests and the guest cottage includes 4 guests There is a charge of $49 per person per night for each additional person. The maximum number guests the villa can comfortably accommodate is 18 adults (max occupancy 22 with children using the futon bedding)

Our Services
Daily breakfast included:
Each morning, the concierge will put out coffee, juice, toast/tortillas, eggs, tropical fruit and milk/cereal without charge. If you would like her to prepare a full breakfast including empanadas, bacon/sausages, Gallo Pinto, etc she is happy to do so and will add the extra grocery charge to your tab. (please reimburse her for extra groceries in cash at the end of your stay) We are also happy to arrange a cook in the kitchen each evening. The cooks work as independent contractors and generally charge just a small fee each day to prepare the meal, serve and clean up afterward. ( currently $12 per person for dinner - groceries not included ) The staff will also gladly do the grocery shopping for you – they will just add 25% to the receipts as a delivery charge.
Daily Housekeeping and laundry service: The housekeeper is onsite each day to tidy up the common spaces and will do the bedrooms and bathrooms as well Towels and linens are changed on request. Small loads of laundry will be washed and folded overnight.
Concierge Services: He will be glad to help arrange activities and adventures, meals, groceries, airport shuttles, local transportation and he personally does guided tours around the property. He enjoys leaded tours to the waterfalls and swimming holes in the creeks and river. Should you have difficulties while away from the house you can call our concierge for help. He is available 24 hours for any urgency.
Private Drivers:
We have two drivers available each with their own luxury 7 pax SUV. They will provide airport transfers and can be hired to provide local transportation on a daily basis. Their services can be contracted in advance for an addition fee.
