Trekking to the Emerald Canyon!
We offer packages that include one or two nights at the villa, breakfast and a guided tour to the local waterfalls.
20,000c per person per night based on double occupancy. 25,000 single occupancy. Park at the villa. Spend the night at the property and be well rested for the 2 hour trek upstream to the Emerald Canyon. Breakfast is served before you depart and we safely guard your belongings while you are out hiking. On your return you will have access to your room to shower and freshen up with a cool beverage and light snack. Stay a second night and explore the other amazing falls and swimming holes below the property. Contact us in advance to guarantee availability. Keep in mind that the river can only be safely accessed in dry season. Rain the mountains high above Caña Blanca can create flash flooding with high, rushing water levels and extremely dangerous conditions in the river miles below.
Unguided day trips for experienced trekkers with their own safety equipment can be arranged

Our big pool in the jungle down stream. 1 hour trek thru hiking trails and in the river. Dive in! (as with the Emerald Canyon access is safe only in the Dry season)
The peaceful grotto falls near the villa can be accessed year round. Each has a small soaking pool below it to cool off and relax as the water cascades across your body.
The twin falls on property can be accessed by tended hiking trail year round.
First of the two upstream falls. Take a short detour before arriving at the slot canyon to find this delightful cascade perfect for climbing and repelling back down
The awe inspiring Emerald Canyon and pool is a moderate 2 hour hike up stream from the property. This is the newly famous waterfall that has captured the attention and imagination of trekkers from all over the country.
The cool refreshing waters in the pool below. The rock walls along side the cascade are just calling to be climbed - but with caution.
A short climb up the walls for the perfect photo op is just irresistible - take care not to go too high though as the walls are perpetually wet and slippery.
Breakfast is served at the cafe area in the villa or at your room.
