Our address is simply Cana Blanca de Baru, Costa Rica. The map apps have us listed and you can locate us there by name Villa Los Aires, Dominical - San Isidro, San José Province, Pérez Zeledón.
There are two options for driving. Thru the mountains on the Pan American highway from Cartago to San Isidro de el General or via the new toll road (CR 27) to Jaco/Quepos/Dominical along the coastal route. The mountain road is much less traveled now and makes for a really lovely drive, however there may be fog at the middle elevations though after dark. Either way will take about 3.5 hours without stops.
Be careful if you come via the coastal highway as the app may try to send you on the "shortcut" at Platanillo which is actually a closed road. Please add a stop en route at Mirador restaurant Los Chorros. this will avoid the shortcut.
DO NOT turn left in Platanillo. you should
continue up the main highway past the town of Tinamastes (big
white church on the right) to the Restaurant Mirador Los Chorros. There you can safely make a U-turn and then come back to the entrance to the gravel road at Alfombra and make a right turn.
From there it is 3.5 km straight down and
maps locates us perfectly. Look for black and yellow signs to
add the stop at the Mirador los Chorros, you should not get lost
